Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Contract – Copperworks Housing Co-operative Ltd
The works involved are a grounds maintenance and landscaping contract for two housing organisation’s in Glasgow- Copperworks Housing Co-operative and Spire View Housing Association. The works will include:
1) grass cutting to common areas and private gardens
2) the maintenance of planted areas including trees, bushes, shrubs and hedges.
3) The tending of hard standing areas which will include weed spraying and de-littering.
The majority of the works will be seasonal between the months of April and October/November depending on seasonal weather conditions. There will however be some winter works which will include de-littering, pruning of hedges, bushes etc and possible snow removal and gritting.
The contract will be formed initially for three years with a view to extending for an additional two years, depending on performance and cost negotiation.
Maintenance and Content Management of the Scottish National Rural Network Website
The Scottish Government are seeking a contractor to undertake the maintenance and content management of the Scottish National Rural Network web site from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014.
Gender Based Violence Programme Utilising an Assets Based Approach and Evaluation – NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
Programme of Work
The core purpose of this programme is to:
1. Reduce violence against women in North East Glasgow, and
2. Build the capacity of women and communities in North East Glasgow to address gender based violence through an Assets based Approach
3. Evaluate the process and impact of this programme over the two year period
The aim of this work is to identify and work with a group or groups of women who have experienced domestic abuse and who have a common interest in bringing about change and improvement for women and girls within their community.
In particular we are keen to see how the programme will:
It is expected the work will involve a number of steps and a project plan would be expected as part of the submission.
The initial term of the contract is twenty four (24) months expected to commence on 1st April 2014 with the option to extend, subject to budget availability and on mutually agreed terms and conditions, for a maximum of twenty four (24) months. The contract may be extended as many times as required with individual extension options of any period. Collectively these options must not exceed twenty four (24) months.
The maximum budget available for this work is £60,000 for the 2 year period (£30,000 per annum).
