The contract is to create a Framework of service providers who will deliver tailored solutions to remove barriers and/or vocational training opportunities for unemployed, inactive individuals who are also disadvantaged participants living in workless, lone parent or low income households, from hard to reach demographic groups and participants with health conditions looking to secure employment, self-employment or further education/training. The contract will be in 2 lots with Service Providers able to bid for one or both lots.
The Contract will be awarded in May 2015 with an immediate start date. The contract will be in place for 3 years and 8 months.
All completed documents must be uploaded onto the Public Contracts Scotland Tender portal by 12 noon on 18 May 2015.

CPD Connect is a national service for General Practitioners (GPs) in Scotland that supports GPs with their continuing professional development (CPD). It provides learning materials and educational events to meet GPs learning needs in their professional practice. The CPD Connect website needs all services and functions to be accessible from various desktop and mobile platforms.

Online Technical Resource Library – Scottish Borders Council
Tenderers are invited to tender for the provision of an externally hosted Online Technical Resource Library.
Externally hosted, live website based database application allowing a maximum of 50 user’s direct access via their portal.

The project entails a new build horticultural training and community centre with external ancillary buildings (total GIFA of circa 1,055m2), an enclosed courtyard and associated external works and infrastructure. The site is located at the corners of Mearns Street and Dempster Street in Broomhill Greenock on the site of the former Mearns Community Centre and Games Court which has been demolished and cleared by the Local Authority.
The works include the relocation of an existing culvert within the site for the Eastern line of Falls of the Greenock Cuts. The project will be procured following a traditional procurement route utilising Standard Building Contract with Quantities.
