Membership of a Procurement Framework for Supported Businesses – Perth & Kinross Council

Perth & Kinross Council are seeking applications from Supported Businesses to be part of a procurement framework that will enable them to benefit from a range of opportunities to undertake simple environmental grounds maintenance tasks across Perth and Kinross. Up to five successful applicants will be part of a procurement framework which enables offers of work to be cascaded down through the framework but where applicants will not be penalised by their refusal to undertake it. There is no guarantee any applicant will be offered any work by being part of this framework. Applicants should be able to offer example of costs on a job by job basis at time of the offer of work.

Broomhill Landscape Architect – River Clyde Homes

River Clyde Homes (“RCH”) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of circa 6,000 homes and are currently embarking on a multi-million pound project to revitalise the Broomhill Area of Greenock. This is the biggest investment project River Clyde Homes have committed to in our history.
Broomhill is a high density area of 667 properties (60 to be demolished) that sits close to Greenock town centre. The area requires a radical and substantial investment in new services to support customers and capital investment to produce homes that are fit for the 21st century. A three year plan will see all the properties in the area refurbished both externally and internally and around 22 new homes will be built, alongside a new purpose built office for River Clyde Homes’ staff.
The investment being made in Broomhill is primarily about maximising the potential to change ‘place image’ positively and to encourage the lettings of over 180 refurbished homes in the area.
RCH wish to employ the services of a suitably experienced and competent Landscape Architectural firm to help bring our vision for Broomhill to fruition.

Provision of Glass Collection Services – North Lanarkshire Council

North Lanarkshire Council (NLC) requires a contractor to provide a new glass collection service throughout North Lanarkshire from October 2015 for a period of 18 months with optional extensions.
North Lanarkshire Council are responsible for the provision of waste services including the collection of waste glass from households. Currently, NLC provide a glass collection and recycling service to approximately 24,000 households. This Contract shall expand the glass collection service to a further 100,000 households.
The Contract shall be split into lots as follows:
Lot 1 – Kerbside collection of mixed glass from households with 240 litre bins within the North Lanarkshire Council boundary. NLC shall retain ownership of the mixed glass collected however the successful tenderer shall be required to undertake forward movement of glass to the reprocessing facility.
Lot 2 – Collection of mixed glass from Recycling Bring Sites, mixed glass recycling banks at communal node recycling points, Household Waste Recycling Centres and a variety of commercial premises that the Council provides a trade waste collection service.

Occupational Health Services (Revised) – River Clyde Homes

River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of circa 6,000 homes all located within the Inverclyde area.
We are seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified Occupational Health Provider to deliver services to our employees (currently 248 in total).

East Calder Partnership Centre – West Lothian Council

The Council seeks the services of a Main Contractor for the construction of a new Council/Community Facility in East Calder, West Lothian. . West Lothian Council has a vision for new buildings which feature high quality design, which are distinctive in our communities and a focus for civic pride.
