Community EquipmentIt is Cordia (Services) LLP’s intention to tender, in the very near future, for the supply and delivery of Community Equipment, both Core and Specialist Products. The value of the resultant framework agreements is expected to be in the region of £4m to £8m per annum.
In order to ensure that the supply chain is fully engaged, for the benefit of all parties, in this tendering exercise, it is Cordia’s intention to host a supplier information session where we will take the opportunity to introduce you not only to our organisation (for those who don’t know us already) but also to our Procurement Strategy for the Commodity, how we intend to structure the tender and our reasoning for that. The session will also provide an open and transparent forum for all suppliers to ask any questions they may have where everyone will have the benefit of hearing our responses and thoughts relating to this process.
With all this in mind I would like to extend a formal invitation to you, or any of your colleagues, to one of our sessions. The supplier information sessions will be held at our head office on Thursday 3rd December 2015, the address is as follows: Cordia (Services) LLP, Blair Court, 100 Borron Street, Glasgow, G4 9XE. In order to cope with what I am sure will be a high level of interest there will be 2 sessions, one at 10am and one at 2pm. In order to register your attendance at one of these sessions I would appreciate if you could do so by emailing Nikki Quail, Procurement Administrator, at Nikki.Quail@cordia.co.uk, stating the name of your organisation, the time of the session you would like to attend and the name(s) of the delegates who will be attending. While I would be reluctant to limit the number of attendees from each organisation I would ask you to be considerate when booking your place as I may have to implement a limit should we be struggling with capacity.
