Queen’s Park Govanhill Parish Church – Trinity Building Feasibility Study

Govanhill Community Development Trust is working with Queen’s Park Govanhill Parish Church to support consultants to prepare a feasibility study for the Trinity building. We will support the recruitment, appointment and management of consultants to ensure the outputs are delivered to the required standards.

The Trinity building has the potential to be a hugely valuable resource for the Govanhill community, but not one which the church can afford to retain unless it is viable and can meet identified community needs.

We are seeking consultancy support to provide a feasibility study for the use of the building. This will have a number of project outputs:

  1. A business plan
  2. Architectural Options Appraisal
  3. A presentation of the results of the research and the two documents to the Kirk Session of Queen’s Park Govanhill Parish Church

Advice and Support Services – The City of Edinburgh Council

NB This is a future contract opportunity

The City of Edinburgh Council is working to implement the Homelessness Prevention Commissioning Plan and wishes to work with organisations interested in supporting the development and future delivery models for Homelessness Advice and Support services.

Advice and Support services have been piloted in the city since October 2014 and a review of the operation of services over the first year has been completed. Work is now required to prepare for the procurement of future services. The Council’s intention is to co-produce service specifications for these services with interested stakeholders.

This notice is not an invitation to tender nor is it a stage in a formal procurement process. There will be no commitment for further involvement by the interested stakeholders or the City of Edinburgh Council after this consultation period.

The City of Edinburgh Council gives no guarantee that there will be a future tender. However, if there is, then interested stakeholders will be required to note interest against the advert that will be issued against that tender at a later date.

Stakeholders who do note their interest in co-producing the specifications will be issued with a questionnaire.
