In this highly practical session, led by David Fraser, we will look at key aspects of making an organisation more entrepreneurial, such as:

  • How to establish an entrepreneurial mind set throughout a company
  • Making business winning and revenue generation everyone’s business
  • Instilling “can do” leadership attitudes
  • Key sales and marketing enablers
  • Stimulating new leads and enquiries
  • Balancing entrepreneurial initiative with control of the business
  • Nurturing your brand and its promise to customers
  • Making a habit of business improvement

David Fraser is an award winning author, speaker, and leadership team coach. He is Managing Director of Success for Leaders and a Chartered Engineer. David specialises in the development of leadership, change, and making organisations effective through successful strategy and implementation of strategy, and establishing the most conducive culture.
