Opportunities Fife Partnership have launched their Challenge Fund Framework which sets out their intentions for investment in Poverty and Social Inclusion provision and is intended to provide the framework for all funding within the control of the partnership and Fife Council. Investment will be aligned to the Fife Employability Pathway.
Service delivery will engage and support workless households from Fife’s most deprived SIMD 20% areas, with multiple (two or more eligible) barriers to employment, with a focus on support for families with young people aged 14 – 19.

The Moray Council has a legal requirement to provide Independent Advocacy Service for Adults aged 18 years and older residing in the geographical area of the Council. The role of the Independent Advocacy Service is to provide a combination of Professional Advocacy, Group/Collective Advocacy, Peer and Volunteer Advocacy

East Lothian Council, on behalf of East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership, intends to create a framework agreement for provision of care at home and housing support services for adults, including older adults, and children.

Fife Council is seeking to establish a single supplier framework for the maintenance of grass sports pitches. The requirement for this services covers various schools with different types of grass pitches which may require varying degrees of maintenance work to be planned and carried out at different times and seasons.

It is anticipated for the purpose of this requirement organisations will provide social value in the form of Community Benefits e.g. employability or skills, Community Initiatives etc.
