The City of Edinburgh Council, in collaboration with NHS Lothian and the Edinburgh Integration Joint Board, is preparing to establish a Public Social Partnership (‘PSP’) for Wellbeing Services in Edinburgh. The aim of this PSP is develop and deliver (two distinct phases) a range of responsive services which enables people to: (a) feel included in their chosen community; (b) stay safe and well; (c) have meaningful activity/interest to prevent feeling isolated; and (d) help people recover and live as well as they can.
This PSP will include, but will not be limited to, the following objectives: (a) The need for continuous improvement to achieve best value services; (b) Maximise opportunities to collaborate and coproduce services; (c) Manage increased demand on services; (d) Rationalise the contracting arrangements with a shift from outputs to outcomes; (e) Shift to locality working and increase opportunities for community led work; (f) Improving the use of assets within the City of Edinburgh and its localities; (g) Re-provisioning of the Royal Edinburgh Hospital Campus and enhanced community services to support a reduced hospital bed base.

The Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a dynamic organisation(s), or partnership of organisations, to deliver a programme of community led health improvement activity that will complement its strategic direction for health improvement and the work of its own staff and many partners. The programme will work with adults aged 16 and over in areas of deprivation , along with population groups who experience significant social and health inequalities. The programme will have the fundamental aim of building capacity at both individual and community levels. The successful supplier will be able to work collegiately, with existing partnerships and in forming new partnerships.

The bid is divided into three lots:

Lot 2. A good practice site visit and workshop in Perth on food waste prevention
Lot 3. A business food waste competition or competitions
