Self Directed Support Home Support Services – North Lanarkshire Council

Tenderers will be required to propose community benefits they will offer as part of their overall service provision

Provision of Self Directed Home Support Services. At the initial stages of the framework this will involve the traditional provision of a home support service described in terms of hours and durations. For the majority of new business and at teh point of review for existing service users, support will be arranged and managed through the use of individual budgets and achievement of outcomes.

Housing Advice and Information Services – Aberdeen City Council

Despite being below legal threshold, the Council are looking for suppliers to suggest community benefits suitable to the contract being advertised.

The Council are looking to have a supplier provide Housing Advice and Information Services to People who are Homeless or Threatened with Homelessness in accordance with statutory requirements.

Assertive Outreach and Criminal Justice Services – West Lothian Council

Community Benefits proposals will not form part of the award criteria and will not be evaluated but will be contractual obligations.

West Lothian’s Alcohol and Drug Partnership (WLADP) is a commissioning group of West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership and seeks to procure the services of a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to provide a range of services to deliver specific early intervention and prevention and recovery outcomes, to support those at risk due to substance use including offenders and other vulnerable and hard to reach groups.

Employability Fund for 2017/18 – Skills Development Scotland

Skills Development Scotland (SDS) will contract on behalf of The Scottish Government for the Employability Fund (EF) Programme for 2017/18. The interventions offered through EF continue to map to stages 2 to 4 of the strategic skills pipeline (SSP), and aim to assist unemployed individuals to progress towards and into employment.

First Minister’s Reading Challenge Evaluation – Scottish Book Trust

The First Minister’s Reading Challenge is a project for pupils in primary 4 – 7 in Scotland to encourage and support reading for pleasure. The project, funded by Scottish Government, launched in September 2016. The first year of the project is due to conclude in June 2017.

Scottish Book Trust is looking for an organisation to carry out an evaluation of the first year of the programme to support continuous improvement as well as provide evidence of impact.
