River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a forward thinking and dynamic ‘not for profit’ social housing provider that owns and manages over 6,000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,250 homes in the Inverclyde area of Scotland. We require to procure the services of a suitably experienced and competent supplier to provide a fully managed print service to River Clyde Homes.

Contract to operate the Café premises at the Whiteinch Centre Limited, available from May 2017 to May 2018 with an option to extend. Whiteinch Centre Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced café operator to operate and manage the café and other catering services within Whiteinch Centre Limited. This will follow the model of a café concession for the purpose of providing a public catering service for an agreed rental charge. The operator will have exclusive use of a kitchen to an agreed specification in return for a set concession fee. Exclusive use will be limited to a Licence to Occupy, not a lease.

ESIF has been secured to support Dumfries and Galloway’s Employability Pipeline Strategic Intervention. This intervention will support unemployed and inactive participants with multiple barriers to employment living in the Dumfries and Galloway Local Authority Area, to gain qualifications and skills in order to progress to sustainable employment or self-employment. Provision would be to deliver tailored solutions to removing barriers by providing specific training opportunities for unemployed and inactive individuals, who also have at least 2 barriers to employment as defined in the ESIF PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY GUIDANCE
Dumfries and Galloway Council has secured ESF funding and has an allocation of up to GBP393,750 in total project costs to procure services until 31 December 2018. ESF will fund 40% of the total costs (totalling GBP157,000) and Service Providers will be required to identify eligible match (totalling GBP236,500) to fund the gap of 60% of the total project costs.

The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to establish a Collaborative Partnership Agreement for domestic abuse service redesign in Edinburgh. The aim of this partnership is to develop service specifications and deliver best practice for domestic abuse services which will be commissioned by, and delivered on behalf of the Council.

The Scottish Government is seeking offers from service providers to provide Employability Support Services in Scotland. This exercise will be split into 8 geographical lots. The service will be known as Fair Start Scotland. The Scottish Government will require the Service Provider to deliver the services as part of the devolution of employment support under section 31 of the Scotland Act 2016. Namely, it will provide support for unemployed disabled people and people claiming reserved benefits who are at risk of long-term unemployment. The aim is to provide a tailored, coherent range of support which can respond flexibly to the individual needs of unemployed people and their employers and make best use of resources. The programme will deliver high quality employment support to unemployed people, including those with complex issues who want to work and need help to enter and/or remain in the labour market.
