sportscotland is seeking to carry out an evaluation of our ‘schools and education’ and ‘clubs and communities’ portfolio. Alongside this evaluation we are seeking to conduct research into the contribution of each of these portfolios against the outcomes in the Active Scotland Outcomes Framework (ASOF). We are commissioning these wider evaluations alongside the ASOF research because we anticipate that they will engage with similar groups.

The Council is seeking tenders for the provision of a service to treat and recover/recycle wood waste that has been collected from householders in Aberdeenshire through the Council’s network of Household Waste and Recycling Centres. The wood waste, which amounts to approximately 5,000 tonnes annually, will be delivered directly by the Council to the Service Providers premises. The estimated annual tonnage is for guidance only and is not guaranteed.The contract which may flow from this ITT shall be for a duration of 3 years with a further option of up to 12 months extension.

The provision of Independent Advocacy Services is a statutory requirement of the NHS and Local Authorities for people accessing services who are subject to specific legislation. The Independent Advocacy will be commissioned by the Forth Valley partners: Clackmannanshire Council, Falkirk Council and Stirling Council and NHS Forth Valley on behalf of the respective Health and Social Care Partnerships.
