Hebridean Way Walking Route – Drimsdale to Stilligarry (Loch Druidibeg)

Services for Homeless Households with complex needs – South Lanarkshire Council

South Lanarkshire Council, Housing & Technical Resources are seeking a suitable experienced organisation for the provision, and management, of the following services:-
Lot 1 – Outreach Support service with Supported Accommodation
– To assist the Council to meet their statutory accommodation and support duties to homeless individuals/couples.
– To provide outreach support for up to 50 individuals in the community at any one time.
– To manage a 12 bedded Supported Accommodation facility for homeless adult households with complex / multiple needs in the East Kilbride area
– To develop detailed support plans for individuals using the service.
– To ensure that all individual support plans and reviews are effectively co-ordinated.
– To develop positive working relationships with other services in order to provide effective integrated responses to vulnerable households
– To make pro-active attempts to retain contact with and offer continued support to service users.
– To report outcomes on a regular basis in order to evidence the success of the service.
– To work flexibly with the Council to meet the support and accommodation needs of individuals with complex needs.
The Supported Accommodation will be operational 24 hours per day / 7 days per week and will be staffed to provide a service at full capacity at all times. The service will also provide 24/7 on call support to Service Users receiving Outreach Support.
Lot 2 – Outreach Housing Support for Households with children
– To provide a holistic, client focused floating Housing Support Service for 30 families (at any one time), who have complex needs and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
– To develop detailed support plans for individuals using the service.
– To ensure that all individual support plans and reviews are effectively co-ordinated.
– To develop positive working relationships with other services in order to provide effective integrated responses to vulnerable households
– To make pro-active attempts to retain contact with and offer continued support to service users.
– To report outcomes on a regular basis in order to evidence the success of the service.
– To work flexibly with the Council to meet the support and accommodation needs of individuals with complex needs.
The service will be available between 8.45am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday, however, the Provider will ensure that a system is in place whereby they can provide a Housing Support Service to households outside these hours where this is considered necessary. The service will operate from a Provider sourced office in South Lanarkshire.

Disabled Persons Housing Service – Aberdeenshire Council

Aberdeenshire Council requires the provision of a one-stop shop for persons with a disability to access information, advice and assistance they require to make informed choices regarding housing options. The service to be provided will empower and enable clients to find solutions to their housing needs to ensure clients can live independently and direct the course of their own lives.
The service provided will supplement and add value to existing housing and community care services by the provision of advocacy services.

Consultancy Services for Cycling Event Development Support – Scottish Borders Councils
