The purpose of this Scottish Procurement Policy Note (SPPN) is to provide guidance on interim arrangements relating to Community Benefit requirements in public contracts in advance of the full implementation of the provisions of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and Statutory Guidance to be published under the Act.
