Corporate Resource Partner to Assist Change – East Renfrewshire Council

East Renfrewshire Council (the Council) wishes to appoint a Corporate Resources Partner(s) to assist in the delivery of a new ambitious programme of change for East Renfrewshire Council where there is insufficient internal resource and expertise available.

This new change programme “Modern Ambitious Programme (MAP)*” builds on the work of the previous programme, Public Service Excellence (PSE), and links to a wider programme of organisational development to ensure that the Council remains high performing and can confidently deliver on its key outcomes for residents in a challenging financial climate. It is envisaged that resource will be drawn from the Corporate Resources Partner(s) on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis to support the new programme of change, as identified, to expedite its delivery.

This contract will be offered under a lotted Framework Agreement. Tenderers responding to this opportunity can bid for 1 or multiple lots. Award will be made to the tenderer ranking number 1 in each lot.

Award will be offered for an initial 36 month period, with regular reviews, and may be extended for a further 1 x 12 month periods thereafter. Extension is not guaranteed and will be determined by continued requirement and contract performance.

Provision of Room Booking & Parents Evening Appointment Systems – East Renfewshire Council

East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide a Room Booking System / Parents Evening System as detailed in the specification.
It should be noted that this Tender will be offered in lots. Bidders can bid for one or all lots. Award will be offered to a single supplier ranking number 1 per lot under a Framework Agreement whereby no guarantee to final costs can be given.

Occupational Health Services – The Highland Council

A weighted Community Benefit question has been included within the Invitation to Tender – responses to this question shall be evaluated.

The Highland Council on behalf of The Highland Council, High Life Highland and Shetland Islands Council are seeking to establish a contract for the provision of Occupational Health Services.
The Services are required to preserve and enhance the health of employees and to advise The Highland Council, High Life Highland and Shetland Islands Council on all matters regarding the health of their employees at work. The Service needs to be innovative, flexible and progressive in its approach, whilst identifying and delivering budgetary savings but without compromising quality.
Service aspects that are out of scope and excluded from this Contract are:-

Ergonomic assessments;

The Council is committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the wider community. Accordingly the Council has incorporated community benefits into this procurement in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulation 2012.

National Third Sector Fund – Skills Development Scotland

This is a Competitive Grant process.
The National Third Sector Fund is an element of ESF Programmes, which SDS as a Lead Partner has been directed by the Scottish Government to Manage and Administer the Fund on their behalf.
SDS is looking for the submission of Grant proposals from the Third Sector as a key part in addressing the needs of people with the greatest difficulties in accessing employment.
Match Funding must be provided by the Third Sector delivery organisations of a least 60% of total eligible costs of delivery for the Lowlands and Upland Scotland and at least 50% of total eligible cost of delivery in the Highlands & Islands local authority areas.
This Fund will mainly focus on supporting people with multiple barriers to employment primarily stages 1 and 2 of the employability pipeline.
The duration of this Competitive Grant will cover from 1 April 2015 (for retrospective funding) to 31 December 2018 (The latest date for eligible activity is 31 December 2018)

Tender for Digital Website Design Services – New College Lanarkshire

New College Lanarkshire is seeking to appoint a suitable supplier to design, develop, host, support and maintain an innovative,
future-proof website that reshapes and transforms how our educational establishment is seen on-line, along with a
business/commercial smaller site.
Initially the website shall be hosted, maintained and supported by the supplier for one year thereafter the hosting, maintenance and support shall be transferred to the College. The new website shall be launched on 15 April 2016.
