Scottish Government publish new EU procurement thresholds. The new thresholds will take effect from 1st January 2016 and are expected to apply for a two year period. The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) delivers custodial and rehabilitation services to people convicted by the courts. SPS uses courier services to send priority mail and parcels from the prisons.
