The Authority delivers Business Support services to local companies including Business Gateway which provides information, training and advice to start up and existing businesses. Business Gateway is a service which provides information, advice and guidance across Scotland to people thinking about starting up in business or growing an existing business. The Authority has recently been successful in securing additional monies from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to provide a wider, more comprehensive package of business growth across the area. This will be in the form of procuring up to 3 days of one to one dedicated specialist support for potential growth companies. The purpose of this tender is to seek proposals from potential providers of specialist support, and or growth workshops that can assist potential growth companies in a particular area of expertise required.

This service specification relates to the purchase of an Arts and Wellbeing service model for people who currently access mental health services in Greater Glasgow and Clyde area and have the aspiration to explore a range of meaningful day activity and employability opportunities.
Many people with mental health problems report the positive wellbeing impact of arts attendance including enjoyment, feeling of creativity, sense of community and escapism. People with mental health problems therefore often use the arts to enhance and maintain their recovery and recognise its role in enhancing the wellbeing of others.

The work comprises the upkeep and regular maintenance of open spaces and gardens located in the various sites listed in the bill of quantities and contract drawings, to keep them in a neat and tidy condition, to promote and control growth and to carry out such replacement and repair work as is deemed necessary by the Association to maintain the amenity of the sites.

NHS Highland are inviting tenders for the provision of Scrap Metal Recycling Services in compliance with the Waste (Scotland) Regulations the National Waste Management Action Plan which is aligned to achieving the aims and objectives of Scotland’s Zero Waste Plan.
The Framework Agreement Period shall be 7 March 2016 to 6 March 2019 with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
