New Public Social Partnerships ‘How To’ Guide Published
Ready for Business has published guidance to support existing and prospective Public Social Partnerships (PSPs) by providing a step by step guide to the key stages and processes that should be undertaken to ensure a successful PSP. See more here and download the guide and appendices.
Ready for Business has significant experience in supporting the development of partnerships. As a result, we are able to provide guidance and support throughout the creation, development and management of public social partnerships. Recent enquiries have included the redesign of community transport services from a number of local authorities and interest in the redesign of early years services.

City of Edinburgh & Glasgow Councils Open Innovation Challenge
Scottish Enterprise is supporting City of Edinburgh and Glasgow City Councils who are seeking an innovative solution to capture, monitor and report on community benefits provided by suppliers on their contracts. Deadline for submission 15 December. More detail here.

Fife Short-term Housing Support and Homelessness Services PSP
Fife Council has chosen the Public Social Partnership model to redesign its housing support and homelessness services, with a desire to build on the existing relationship with the third sector providers. The opportunity to stimulate innovation and make budget savings, whilst at the same time maintaining the quality of service provision were also important considerations.
