Call for Proposals,  Housing Feasibility - Community Renewal

Community Renewal is seeking a suitably qualified individual /company / organisation to
carry out a Feasibility Study about the barriers and solutions required to support the Roma
community in the Govanhill area of Glasgow to access and retain better quality affordable
housing solutions.

The audience for the work is in the first instance Community Renewal and the People’s
Health Trust who fund the community conversations project in Govanhill and in the longer
term other potential funders, public agencies and other charities who may be interested in
future partnership working.

School and Public Transport 2018 - The Highland Council

The Highland Council is inviting tenders for the provision of local bus, dial-a-bus/subsidised taxi services and home to school transport for a number of routes.

This invitation takes the form of specific bus, minibus or car services for different routes to or from towns, villages or schools within the Highland area - some Contract Routes will cover a specific defined geographic area.

The Contract Period shall be 07 May 2018 to 31 December 20121 with an option to extend for up to a further 12 month period. (Unless otherwise stated in the Contract Route Specification).
The Council reserves the right to actionn an e-auction for any/all routes being tendered as required.

Therapeutic Listening and Holistic Wellbeing Service - Clackmannanshire Council

Social Attitudes Survey Vehicle 2018 - Scottish Government

The Scottish Government wishes to commission a 2018 social attitudes survey vehicle to generate robust data, including time series data, from a set of 30 question items on attitudes to government, public services and policy issues in Scotland.

Individual Placement and Support (Mental Health) - North Ayrshire Council

The Individual Placement and Support Service (IPS) will be open to adults aged between 18 and 65 who reside in North Ayrshire and are currently engaged with adult community mental health services.
IPS is an evidence based approach that promotes recovery and increases access to paid employment for people with mental health problems through collaborative working with local employers and a range of voluntary and statutory agencies.

Provision of Childminders Early Learning & Childcare for 2-Year-Olds - Fife Council

The Early Years Team (Education) of Fife Council is looking for providers that can provide a flexible solution to allow Fife Council to receive applications from childminders interested in supplying the required services on an ongoing basis. This is to ensure adequate provision of service. This Flexible Framework is a pilot.
This procedure shall be carried out by Fife Council in accordance with the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015, The Procurement Reform Act, and is covered by the ‘light-touch’ regime.
