Research into Public Sector Procurement Opportunities - P4P

P4P are seeking to commission a suitable consultant to deliver on research around future public sector procurement opportunities for the Third Sector in Scotland. The information gathered and presented from this work will enable P4P to proactively engage with the sector around specific opportunities, which, in turn will enable us to deliver bespoke P4P support. In particular, the consultant will be required to produce a series of final report(s) to enable P4P to target supports in key geographies and/or around clustering and collaboration.

The supplier will require a range of technical services and expertise whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds.
