External Painter Work Programme 2017/18 - Fife Housing Association

The works comprise of External Painting windows, external doors, canopied, gutters, downpipes, railings, handrails and fencing at a number of locations throughout Fife. Properties shall remain occupied during works and contractors must include for necessary warning notices and protection as far as reasonable practical. Contractors are expected to liaise with tenants directly regarding the programme of works and timescales.

Professional Services for CHArts Place Partnership Project - Argyll and Bute Council

Argyll and Bute Council, on behalf of the Argyll and the Isles Culture, Heritage and Arts Assembly (CHArts) is seeking to appoint a company or consortium, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to deliver a development project
This will be achieved through effective collaborative working with a wide range of stakeholders in the cultural sector in Argyll and partners at a national and local level, linking the valuable work they carry out with the current public sector strategies for the sector.
This work will require the full engagement from relevant stakeholders and articulate the sector’s ambitions for creativity in Argyll. In addition, the project will enable the economic contribution of the arts, heritage, culture and creative industries in Argyll including the potential increase in cultural tourism.

Transport of Pupils with Additional Support Needs 2017-2020 - North Lanarkshire Council

The Council requires to put in place, a multi-lot contract for the transport of school pupils with Additional Support Needs (ASN) with a single supplier per Lot. The services run during the Councils school term time only.
All drivers must be fully licensed and insured, and will be required to provide evidence of valid vehicle/driver documentation which includes vehicle MOT, road tax and Driving licence.
Some contracts may have a requirement for an escort; escorts should be arranged by the tenderer.
All drivers and any escorts must be PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) registered and approved.

Colzium Visitors Centre Landscaping - North Lanarkshire Council

Care and Support Complex Needs - The City of Edinburgh Council

The Council is seeking to provide a high quality care and support service for vulnerable men and women, aged 18+, who have complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, offending backgrounds and mental and physical health problems. This group also includes those leaving mental health hospital-based care.
The service will be provided within an established, Council owned property consisting of 29 one-bedroom flats in South Edinburgh and will focus on rehabilitation and recovery, where possible, with regular reviews to assess Service Users’ capacity to live in more independent accommodation.
The care and support offered should be flexible to meet the individual needs of Service Users and should enable them to lead fulfilling lives in the community, maximising life opportunities and independence, as well as enabling them to reduce the harms of their challenging lifestyles.
