Provision of Care at Home - Moray Council

Digital Video Media Framework - Scottish Enterprise
Scottish Enterprise (SE) and Scottish Development International (SDI) seeks to commission a framework of between 5 and 8 suppliers to provide pre-production, filming, scripting and post-production services for corporate video production to a Broadcast HD standard. This will include filming of live events and re-editing of existing projects. As a result of our interaction with the media a high definition (HD) product is required from end to end. Digital and Technology Services (DATS) - Scottish Government
The Scottish Ministers (the Authority) are seeking to establish a national Digital and Technology Services (DATS) Framework Agreement.
The key aim of the DATS framework is to provide Scottish public sector and third sector bodies (Framework Public Bodies) with one-stop access to a commercial arrangement for the purchase of a suite of digital and technology services.
The DATS Framework Agreement will form part of a wider portfolio of ICT Services Frameworks available to Framework Public Bodies.
SERVICE DELIVERY
The DATS Framework Agreement is intended to deliver a diverse range of digital and technology services to Framework Public Bodies. The DATS Framework will support a wide and extensive range of projects of differing sizes, levels of complexity, value and risk.
The Contractor will be required to develop, implement and manage digital and technology services which may include bespoke and standard commoditised solutions and the use of open standards. It is likely that no two requirements under the Framework Agreement will be the same in terms of scale or scope and each Framework Public Body or collection of bodies, will have its own specific requirements and needs in terms of budget, service delivery, technical outputs and sustainability outcomes.
The Contractor will be required to provide services to Framework Public Bodies throughout Scotland.

Provision of External Support for Equality Services - Aberdeenshire Council
Aberdeenshire Council must comply with the Equality Act 2010, the Public Sector Equality Duty 2011 and Specific Duties 2012.
Aberdeenshire Council is seeking to appoint a provider to support the setting of equality outcomes, prejudice incidents and equality early interventions in Education.
The contract duration is 3 years with option up to 12 months.

Sustainable Transport Framework Agreement - Scottish Borders Council
Scottish Borders Community Planning Partnership (CPP) is putting in place a collaborative sustainable transport framework agreement covering all transport services and for use by all CPP organisations.
The Framework Agreement is divided into four lots.
The CPP transport activity is significant and to support this cross sector approach and to coordinate services more effectively and efficiently the CPP aims to take a new approach to Community and Passenger Transport accounting for changing user needs and expectations, and to make transport a key enabler for other initiatives.
